Enquiries and conflict checks
We use your contact details, brief description and routing preferences to respond to your enquiry and assess whether we may accept the matter. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in conducting a conflict check and protecting legal claims (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing data is voluntary, but a name, email address and brief description are needed to process the form. Please do not include sensitive information or confidential documents.
Storage and recipients
Enquiries are stored in a restricted register. Unaccepted and new enquiries are removed after 90 days by the scheduled retention task. Records needed for an ongoing matter or legal obligations are handled under the relevant matter retention rules. Authorised personnel and providers operating our hosting and email systems may process the data. Navigator uses local rules without sending the description to an external AI provider.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where applicable. Write to [email protected]. You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Cookies and automation
The public theme does not set advertising cookies or load external analytics or fonts. Technical cookies may be used for administrative access. Navigator classifies descriptions to suggest a practice area; it does not provide legal advice or make decisions about accepting a client.
